4Chocks work fine, we get TWO of them.

By Richard Fallstich

It's over me how others consider they should have gotten 4, or one reviewer thinks she usually perceived one. It's transparent from a outline that this is a PAIR of circle chocks, not dual pair, not one chock. The 2 are NOT "screwed together" as mentioned in another review. The manufacturer attaches them with a cosmetic tie called a "christmas tree." It's identical to a cosmetic fasteners that reason interior doorway panels on a car. This is removable; a 2 chocks are distant for use. Granted, it's a tiny formidable to lift them apart, a span of pliers helps. It would be dangerous to leave a 2 circle chocks trustworthy as shipped to try to forestall a automobile or RV from moving.

Now for some actual, useful information about a circle chocks. we bought these to stabilise my cars when jacking them to use brakes, tires, etc. My garage building is embellished with glue paint. Even with a anti-slip addition in a paint, several other circle chocks we have attempted always slipped and changed on a glue floor. These Blitz Tire Hugger Wheel Chocks have hold organisation on a building each time. As with any circle chock, it's critical to make certain it's resolutely wedged between a tire and a floor. A discerning organisation flog to crowd a chock in place is all we ever need on my sleazy garage floor.

I don't consider these would be useful outdoor on an unpaved surface, such as with an RV or trailer in a woods. But then, it dozen't seem that's how they are being marketed anyway, and we haven't attempted them in this application. For operative on a automobile with a jack or ramps, these chocks do a job.

4There's one reason to possess these...

By Kevin Nicholls

...they're orange.

I'm not so inattentive that we need a full blown checklist when we change my oil. I've never lost to reinstate a empty plug, or put in oil, etc. However, black tire chocks can infrequently do a good pursuit of... uh... stealing themselves.

Seeing a splendid orange chocks serves as a sign that you're not totally finished yet.

As distant as continuance goes, we have to determine with other reviewers here. If you're like me, and go all out to safeguard you're doing things "the right way", they're fine. Would we trust them behind a tiny to middle sized automobile with a operative parking brake? Sure. Would we trust them to keep a full distance pickup with a bad puncture stop on ramps? Never.

5Chock-a-block

By Ancient Mariner

What's to contend about circle chocks? These are light, compact, and do a good pursuit when we put my minivan and sedan adult on a ramp to change my oil. They don't slip on my pavement driveway. Despite a Amazon picture, a 2-pack means TWO chocks NOT dual sets of two.
