Don't be fooled, they usually shipped a refill kit, not a object graphic that is featured on TV

I systematic this by Amazon - As Seen On TV Guys.com - and they did not boat a InstaHang kit, they usually shipped a refill pack that does me no good but a installer! Not a happy camper here....don't be fooled, sequence directly from a association instead of these guys. They also didn't yield an check in a package like all my other Amazon purchases have (whether from Amazon Prime or shipped from seller, this is a initial time we haven't perceived what we systematic and an invoice).
I will be filing a censure to Amazon.

One of a nails was tangled during focus to wall and that means a open to be stranded and it became totally dis-functional. we called their patron use line and they pronounced they were going to send me a new one with 10 business days. I'll correct a examination if it works fine.

Only perceived a refill kit. USELESS!

I wish we would have review a reviews before shopping a product. we was underneath a sense that we was shopping a tool. When it arrived, a pouch was ripped given a offshoot did not fit in a supposing pouch properly. The appendage pack was already open due to bad packaging. So we have a set of nails and a offshoot that are invalid and paid $21.99 for. we have given sent a summary and sent seller feed back, with no response as of yet. we would not suggest shopping from this seller. we consider if we go to a Instahang website we will get a tool, appendage pack and extra's for about a same price. That is what we should have finished in a initial place.
